Adult ADHD Specialist Training Program

1. Eligibility

This program is open only to Licensed Psychologists (PhD, PsyD, or EdD) with an active state psychology license.

2. Program Options and Pricing

We offer two program options:
– Manual-Only Package – $1,250
– Complete Package – $1,875

The Complete Package includes everything in the Manual-Only Package plus a 3-hour live Zoom training, one report critique with feedback, 30 days of unlimited email support, access to the support group, and certification eligibility.

A separate Zoom Course option is available for $625 but only to those who have already purchased the Manual-Only Package. This Zoom Course cannot be purchased as a standalone option.

Note: Credit card payments may incur a processing fee. Course pricing does not include required psychometric tests or optional continuing education credits.

3. Delivery of Program Materials

Access to digital course materials (manuals and forms) will be provided within 24 hours of confirmed payment via a secure Dropbox link.
For Complete Package purchasers, scheduling details for the Zoom training will be provided via email.

4. Refund Policy

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for either package after payment. If you are unable to attend a scheduled Zoom session, you may reschedule at no additional cost.

5. Support Services

Participants enrolled in the Complete Package receive:
– 30 days of unlimited email support from Dr. Schumacher (responses within 24 hours)
– One personalized report critique with feedback
– Access to a peer support group consisting of other consenting psychologists who have completed the Complete Package and are conducting evaluations in their practices

6. Certification Requirements

Certification as an Adult ADHD Specialist requires:
– Completion of either the Complete Package or the Manual-Only package with a later Zoom course add-on
– Completion of at least 24 adult ADHD evaluations and reports
– Submission and approval of a certification application

Certification is not guaranteed and is contingent upon meeting all stated requirements.

7. Disclaimers

We do not guarantee that you will receive referrals or income from conducting adult ADHD evaluations.
Insurance reimbursement rates vary by provider and location. We make no assurances regarding billing, coding, or payment from insurance companies.
The Program is intended to enhance your practice skills but does not guarantee business success or clinical outcomes.

8. Intellectual Property

All program materials, including but not limited to manuals, forms, templates, videos, slides, checklists, and action plans, are the exclusive intellectual property of Parkway Behavioral, LLC and are licensed solely for your personal and professional use as a licensed clinical psychologist.

You may not sell, share, distribute, or modify any portion of the materials for the use, benefit, or profit of others—including colleagues, students, trainees, or other third parties—without the express written consent of Parkway Behavioral, LLC.

Unauthorized sharing or distribution, whether for free or for compensation, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a violation of these Terms and applicable intellectual property laws. Legal action may be taken in response to any such violations.

9. Non-Transferability

Enrollment and access to the Adult ADHD Specialist Program is non-transferable. Materials and program benefits are licensed for use only by the individual purchaser.

10. Technology and Access

Participants are responsible for maintaining internet access and a suitable device to access program materials and attend Zoom training. Parkway Behavioral, LLC is not liable for technical issues on the participant’s end that may affect access or course completion.

In rare cases, the host or participant may experience an unexpected loss of internet connection during the live Zoom course due to circumstances beyond their control. If this occurs, the host will make every reasonable effort to notify participants, restore the connection, and continue the course, including making up any lost time as needed. In the event the internet connection cannot be reestablished on either end, affected participants may register for and attend the next available course at no additional cost.

11. Program Revisions

We reserve the right to update or revise course content and materials at any time to reflect evolving standards, clinical evidence, or feedback. Purchasers of the Complete Package will receive any relevant updates during their active support period.

12. Privacy and Data Use

We collect and retain contact and licensing information during the registration process for verification, support, and certification purposes. This information is used solely in accordance with these Terms and will not be sold or disclosed to third parties, except with your express consent.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Parkway Behavioral, LLC and Dr. Schumacher disclaim all liability for any damages, claims, or losses arising from your participation in the Program or your use of the training materials.

14. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from participation in this program shall first be attempted to be resolved through informal good faith negotiation. If resolution is not achieved, the dispute will be subject to binding arbitration in the State of Alabama.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

17. Communications and Professional Network Participation

Participation in this listserv is entirely optional, and you may opt out at any time by notifying us.
